"Hotel location is poorly marked. Took us three phone calls to the front desk to find it. Desk person ran out our bill a day early! Food service first day confused. Staff appear to be college students trying to do a good job -- very enthusiastic. Need some leadership. Hotel very clean and well maintained but maintenance employees can't answer questions -- language barrier to some extent. Again, I think the problem is need for a hands-on manager."
